BHIVE Workspace is expanding its presence in Bengaluru by partnering with Century Real Estate to acquire a 39,753 square feet property on Old Airport Road. The new center will offer over 1,000 seats, catering to startups, SMEs, and large enterprises.

The latest property is at HAL 2nd Stage, Old Airport Road, Indiranagar. This strategic acquisition with Century Real Estate is a part of BHIVE’s continued expansion in Bengaluru, catering to the growing demand for premium flexible spaces.

The property, which spans 39,753 square feet, is situated close to key landmarks such as The Leela Palace Bengaluru and Manipal Hospital, adding immense value for professionals and businesses looking for a prestigious office address. With over 1,000 seats available, the latest BHIVE centre will offer office solutions designed to meet the diverse needs of startups, SMEs, and large enterprises.
